Sending Artwork to us by FTP

We have a password-protected ftp site for secure artwork upload. If you want to send us artwork by ftp, please contact us and you will be allocated a username and password for the site.

If you have a username and password already, click the button below to open an FTP window. Once you are logged on, you can drag-&-drop files into or out of the browser window.

Alternatively, you can use an FTP upload program for file transfer. Try FTP Explorer or Smart FTP (shareware) for Windows, and Cyberduck for Mac..

When  uploading artwork, please observe these guidelines:

• put all artwork and support files, including all pictures and fonts, into a Stuffit or Winzip archive first. For Stuffit v9, please save in .zip format as this is more reliable than .sit or .sea.

• to minimise upload file size, bitmap pictures should be saved either as jpeg or eps with jpeg encoding. Medium quality is fine for most purposes.

• please notify us by email when you have uploaded a file.
