Javascript & Menu Issues
This site uses a tried and tested Javascript menu system. If you are having problems with it, for example -
the menu doesn't appear at all
the menu appears but no pages appear in this frame
the menu appears but the submenu items are strangely formatted and unreadable
the menu doesn't refresh/reload when you have selected a page
this may indicate that you are running either an old version of java or no java at all. You can get the latest version of java from www.java.com, or from Microsoft or Apple.
If you prefer not to run java, or you can't run it on your computer for some reason, you can still navigate this site from the site map. There is a link for the site map at the bottom of the menu frame to the left.
If you are definitely running the latest version of java, but you are still experiencing problems, this may be because your browser does not handle java effectively. For example, Safari, the default Mac browser, does not handle java scripts well, and generates a lot of bugs. We recommend you use Firefox, the open-source browser. Firefox is free, it's more secure, it's leaner, cleaner and generally better than other browsers. Firefox is available for Windows, Mac and Linux.
