Printing

We print all kinds of promotional material using digital, litho and screen processes. 

Digital: we print litho-quality at sra3 size (450x320mm) onto coated and uncoated papers up to 300gsm. Highly economical on runs of up to 500 pieces, and very fast turnaround. Can be finished using most of the same processes as litho print, eg. laminating, mounting, die-cutting. Ideal for making small quantities of POS material for individual outlets, tailor-made promotions and testing. NEW: we can now digitally print on clear or white self-adhesive  pvc - ideal for outdoor applications, eg. pump-toppers, door stickers. 

We also print large-format digital up to 1.5m wide (or larger widths in strips) using light-fast UV inks on paper and vinyl. Ideal for short run posters, banners, backlit trans, etc.

Litho: we use press sizes from B3 (520x360mm) up to 60x40" (1.5x1m), to make sure that your work is produced cost-effectively, whatever its dimensions or length of run. We print on coated boards up to 400gsm, and boxboards up to 700 micron thick. We can also print directly onto f- and n-flute corrugated boards up to 1.2mm thick*. These options mean that many POS items can be produced without the need for mounting, which can create major cost savings. 60x40" litho is normally more cost-effective than digital for posters etc. on runs over 50.  

We also litho print on plastics for longevity, strength and weatherproofing, at up to B1 size, and thicknesses up to 700 micron (polypropylene).

Screen: we can screenprint onto a wide variety of materials, including plastics and fabrics. We use fully automatic machines up to B1 size (1020x720mm), semi-automatics up to 60x40", and hand-benches up to 8'x4' (2.4x1.2m). Ideal for display items, especially for line or mono work.
