Terms & Conditions of Business (for Customers)

1. The Production Centre Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "TPC") will not be liable for any loss or cost incurred by the custromer, as a result of supplying any goods or services, regardless of any defect in or delay to the supply of goods or services, beyond replacing the goods or services themselves.

2. Any complaint regarding the condition of goods supplied must be made within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods, and must be corroborated with evidence, photographic or otherwise, of the date and time of receipt of the goods, and the condition they were in on receipt.

3. TPC reserves the right to change prices listed on this website or elsewhere at any time. Any such changed prices will always supersede any previously published prices, and TPC will not be bound to supply goods or services at a previously published rate, under any circumstances.

4. Prices quoted directly by TPC to a customer will be valid for a period of 30 days from date of quotation only, and will be subject to requoting after that period.

5. All quotations for printed goods will include PDF proofs unless otherwise specified. Please note that PDF and digital proofs are a representation of what may be printed, and we do not guarantee an exact colour match to them. Other forms of proofs are available for additional cost which will guarantee an exact match..

6. Items listed for sale on this website will be delivered by the most appropriate method, which may include post, overnight courier, or sameday courier. If courier delivery is not possible due to customer absence, incorrect addressing by customer, or other reasons, additional charges for re-delivery will be levied to the customer.

7. VAT or other taxes are not included unless specified.

8. Quotations sent by email are subject to written confirmation by TPC and do not constitute a binding offer or contract.

9. TPC shall not be responsible for the content of any printed material ordered by a customer, when the customer supplies artwork. The customer shall warrant TPC that he/she has all relevant authority to produce the work, including any necessary copyright and trademark clearance. TPC reserves the right not to print any material supplied by a customer, for example if TPC considers the material to be offensive, obscene or otherwise undesirable.

10.The supply of goods and services by TPC and these terms and conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English law and TPC and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts in all matters connected therewith.

11.These Conditions shall apply in so far as they are held to be lawful and enforceable, if any Conditions or part Condition shall be held to be unlawful or unenforceable then these Conditions shall be read and construed as if such Condition or part thereof were omitted.
